We obtained the relativistic expression for the curvature of the trajectory of the wave vector of the electromagnetic wave in a moving optically transparent medium. It is shown that the curvature of the trajectory and the angular deviation of the beam arises in a homogeneous, isotropic medium, if the medium velocity gradient field is not zero.

The effect of the trajectory curvature in the medium with a velocity gradient is the effect of the first order with respect to u/c.
